      Pros

      You can get almost unlimited overtime.

      Cons

      You'll get overtime because it's unsafely staffed. Their operations day to day to not coincide with their mission values.

      Pros

      Lots of work, overtime loved. Lots of staff are helpful and supportive. The environment is very team oriented and you will build a bond. You will get learn a lot in the medical field.

      Cons

      Management is a problem, most of the time just do your work you will be fine. However favoritism and manipulative demands are very apparent. The work alot of times may prove too much for some especially with no experience in the field and case load.

      Non-profit, continually improving processes, well-respected in community, great management

      Cons

      The budget is not large, due to being a non-profit. For me it's a bit of a drive.
