It has good values and are willing to accommodate your schedule. I gained a lot of knowledge and experience.

Cons

Unorganized, nothing is consistent from policies on how to do your job to management. There is a massive amount of miscommunication (like none at all). Depending on which location you work, there is a lot of drama and favoritism.
