Pros

Coworkers were friendly and helpful

Cons

Management was awful. Constant bullying. Manager would berate team members during meetings, totally unprofessional. Work life balance was non existent. CEO is greatly out of touch with staff.

Pros

They put in the newsletter to smile and “de funk”. They must care about how you project yourself to patients! You are included on all the pep talks and town hall meetings you can attend!

Cons

Lowest pay by $9/hr compared to hospitals down the street doing the same job. No raises, no merit pay at all nor bonuses worth mentioning. Instead the hospital announced they are buying and improving real estate and looking to hire nurses rather than retain other employees and the nurses they already have.
