      Pros

      -Friendly coworkers (most of the time) -New grads: do your new grad program and then leave

      Cons

      -Poor infection control (if you don't wear a mask you will get sick because a lot of things are missed) -Poor escalation- speak up and you get retaliated -If policy is not followed they say you just have to work in those conditions -Influx of staff since no one wants to stay -Poor management -Reactive rather than proactive care- $$$$$
