Pros

My coworkers are amazing and everyone steps in to help if they can.

Cons

We are all drowning in patient care. Management changes policies and focuses on stupid things while we can barely manage our patient assignments. We beg for help and all we get are pizza and applauses because "you all are heroes." There are mandatory educational activities that we have to do outside of our regular shifts that always include mental health activities that would be fun if we were in kindergarten. Management is condescending and unhelpful.
