Pros

Pay, that's it. Every other aspect of that company is garbage.

Cons

Need your own truck, rack up mileage with no extra pay for travel. Need your own tools, responsible for all cost of repair or purchase of new tools. Need your own trailer and all repairs fall on you. Management is garbage people. They try not to pay you for work you've done and act like your ripping them off by asking for compensation. If you need to call out Management punishes you by not giving you builds for a while after so God forbid you get hurt or your truck don't start. After you pick up your build they make you responsible for it and even if a customer later on complains about a shop issue not installer they force you to go out to fix issue on your own time for free. It's an awful place to work.

Tuff Shed is an ESOP company and we are all proud owners. Tuff Shed is a great place to work and will provide all the tools to have a very successful career. The leadership at Tuff Shed is hands-on and will give you good guidance on what is expected and best SOPs. Communication is very important at Tuff Shed and we are always looking at ways to better communicate and ways to bring the joy of more space to more people. The number one reason that I enjoy working at Tuff Shed is, I know I’m making a difference. I know I am making a positive difference in my customers lives. The vast majority have storage or space needs and/or not enough room for their belongings. Being able to assist people and finding the perfect shed for their needs, has been extremely satisfying and rewarding. In my opinion, Tuff Shed pays fair and has one of the best benefit packages around. PTO, Sick, floating holidays, etc. Health Insurance. 401k. Employee stock ownership program. I work for Tuff Shed but serve my happy customers as if I owned it.

Cons

Not having 2 days off in a row is my one and only Con. I have 1 weekday and Sunday off.
