Pros

If your a convicted felon they will hire you....if you dont have a driver's license they will hire you....cant read a tape measure "your hired".....pretty much if you can breathe your hired...

Cons

You dont have a set job there like they say you do when you get hired. Also we wernt even getting 40 hours a week.one day you work 12 hours the next day your only working 5 so they can take away all of your overtime.and the management is a complete joke and doesn't solve any of the problems in the shop .

Pros

There are none I can think of

Cons

This company works their employees to the bone! When we are given days off we don’t actually have them. We are not given the resources necessary to be successful. When things go wrong on prefabs end it all comes back to the sales designer and not prefab. It is almost impossible to make 250 phone calls in 1 day promoting an event when we’re expected to continue with the rest of our clients.

Pros

Benefits are pretty good, considering the current state of healthcare. Low stress sale.

Cons

Bottlenecks at factory slow throughput to a crawl. Building materials are not ordered on time. Disconnect between admins and revenue producers. Toxic culture at the factory. Management fails to vet subcontractors. Pay is low for hours worked. Chargebacks on commissions due to canceled orders. Supply never meets demand, due to manufacturing and operations inefficiencies. Supply chain management is sub-optimal, at best. Long lead times for building delivery. You are on your own, management and customer service will never answer the phone. You will have zero, I repeat, zero, referrals after customers get the Tuff Shed treatment. Blame game played on all levels.
