Pros

The products are easy to sell. Oh and they had a company tlcar to run errands in. That’s about it.

Cons

The problem with this company is that it’s founder development a high quality product but then turned over the company to a group of Used Car Salesman that won’t hire or pay for qualified professionals to operate the business. The use a Turn and Burn model at the sales staff level making promises that they never plan on delivering. At the factory level, they won’t pay qualified labor to Not screw up everything they build. At the installer level, they again won’t pay to hire competent independent contractors- which is what they use, not in house employees to do onsite delivery and assembly of the products. They barely train these installers, offer sub standard pay rates thus only finding unqualified unskilled incompetent contractor installers that pretty much screw up everyone’s order. Management never takes responsibility.

Pros

Worked with some good co workers, had free coffee. Had toilet paper in the bath room. Free pizza during training.

Cons

No support whatsoever. Impossible to get an answer from management. Trained for two days and sent out to run a store alone. Long hours.

Thanks for your review, employee feedback is important and we've shared your comments with the sales management team. All sales employees are provided one week of training at our National Support Center in Denver - with follow-up coaching and mentorship from the local General Manager and Regional Sales Manager. We're sorry this opportunity didn't work out for you - and encourage all of our sales employees to reach out to their managers or HR if they aren't getting enough support.

Employee reviews are important to Tuff Shed. Thanks for your feedback. Our Area Sales Managers are compensated with a commission plan that includes a guaranteed minimum. High achieving sales people are incentivized through higher commissions. We also work to build strong teams through competitions and calling out top sellers at regional and national meetings. We are proud of our sales teams – as well as the culture and processes that make them successful. We’re sorry that the ASM role was not a fit for you – and we wish you all the best.
