Great benefits and retirement, strong culture, room for growth in position and internal promotions. This is an organization that stands behind its product and is focused on changing students' lives. While not all for-profit schools have been successful and profitable, TWS is one that is successful, transparent, and serves the community. Employees at all levels are passionate about the core values and mission.

Cons

If you are not committed you will not last. This is only a con if you are looking for "just a job" where you don't have to put in real work
