A unique product in a cluttered marketplace. Encouraged to contribute on a high level from day one Given every opportunity to learn and succeed. Great people who encourage and help each other, whenever needed. Management who is always available to work on, develop, and listen to concepts. Lunch on Fridays, company-wide meeting where contributors are spotlighted, and ping pong to help reset the brain.
