Pros

I interviewed with multiple employees and each one was more excited than the next about the company, product and overall market in general. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons

The office location is currently in Burlington which can be tough, but it's only temporary and worth the commute, regardless of where you're coming from - I commuted over four hours a day the first month of employment.

Pros

I sit next to the VP of Sales, the CEO and Founder know me by name, the CFO just challenged me to a game of ping pong and I am a low level rep. The exposure to and opportunity to connect and network with high level industry professionals here is unmatched.

Cons

Its a start up, you work hard everyday. But a 10 hour day here goes by faster than any 8 hour job I have ever worked.
