Pros

Good Pay Globally and Remote

Cons

The Indian management aren't good enough they're a bit pushy and lack professionalism. So in the end Developers gets all the burden very tight and unrealistic deadlines specifically for the customer facing products. Due to team's bad work you can be effected which in most cases happens due to bad management of very tight deadline and in the end the feature is buggy. Even though you won't be responsible for it but in the end you'll pay for the misshapen. Too many meetings and slack communication because of which the work pace is effected.

Pros

- On time salary credit, So at least you have money when laid off - Very Fast paced, Entire company priority changes within a week, Your priority should as well. so don't have to worry about quality - Very minimal Team building so you don't have to worry about team outings. - Only thing that matter at the end of the day is the EBITA margins and EPS values for the share holders. So you can be sure that you're just a cannon fodder for growing the share holder wealth. No Need to hear the statement "we are like a family" from HR. - Frequent layoffs and lot of new adventures to explore. - Last but not the least, No salary hikes ever, only bonuses when company performs well. Even that bonus is decided by the company so you don't have to take any tension on negotiating hikes.

Cons

- Just a few - You will be Remote but have to be online during US working hours so that the company can save money on real estate - No Communication channels which are transparent enough to be trustable - Frequent layoffs even when you perform well (looks like purge of high Salary employees) - NO SALARY HIKES ONLY BONUSES IF COMPANY PERFORMS GOOD
