      The vibes and culture for safety were amazing. The team all together. It makes my preformance so much better when your around a team that functions in sync

      Cons

      the project I was on was in Montana so there were a lot of environmental rules preventing traffic from moving freely

      Good starting pay, usually plenty of hours, seat time.

      Cons

      They hire too many kids not enough adults. These young people are all so entitled and lazy and that's who Turner likes to hire.
