      Pros

      The Management cares! They want what's best for their employees. They will tell you the hard things you need to hear. But at the end of the day, they have your best interests at heart. They hold people accountable, and if you work hard and do your best, Turner Mining rewards it. The ceiling is endless if you bust your butt, show up, and have a great attitude.

      Cons

      This company is not run by complacent managers, and expect a lot from the employees (to some it's a con, not to myself).

      Pros

      TMG tries to take care of its employees. This company has given me every opportunity to not only sharpen the skills that I have already, but it has given me the opportunity to learn countless new tools to use.

      Being away from home for weeks at a time.
