they paid me on time

Cons

lack of communication took away all bonuses and raises I earned at previous company they bought lied a ton when they first bought company but slowly pulled rug pout from under us kept us in dark

Consistent income, did not take pay cuts when they acquired the company I was working for

All the typical pitfalls of a large corporation. They acquired a small local business I was working for and destroyed everything we had built.

Pros

Being a field inspector allows you to meet new people every day. You’re not cooped up in the office for hours on end. You’re doing what you love and making money at the same time. Commission incentives are above normal companies. That’s like one of your own business the harder you work the more money you’ll make.

None I love it and you will to!
