Started off making great money then management decided we were making too much. Sold out to highest bidder.

Pros

Decent medical insurance, 401k, nice family astmosphere, new facility, new company trucks, company provides cell phone.

Cons

Decreased veterans route sizes therefore decreasing everyones salary, micromanaging, % company match 401k, customer service operators poorly trained, customer service doesnt use maps to route technicians. Technicians are a dime a dozen at Turner. Management forgot what being the low man on the totem pole was like. No loyality towards their money makers. The friends/children of management get the best routes and make the most money.

Pros

Turner Pest Control offers a culture rich environment that has a conducive atmosphere for growth, advancement, and competitive wages. From the CEO, COO, VP, Managers and the Entire Staff including the Technicians, they all are extremely friendly and a big family. They provide a great Salary, uncapped commission, Benefits and Advancement opportunities. Unfortunately due to my family circumstances, I had to leave and head back North. I regret leaving such a GREAT and AWESOME company.

There is no CONS!!!!
