Pros
For the most part wonderful coworkers, chill customers, neat location
Cons
They didn’t inform HALF of their grocery team that there was a potential COVID contamination and expected the other half to hold it down for over two weeks. When confronted about this their answer was “that’s just how we do things here at Turnip Truck.” They allowed a problematic employee to threaten and intimidate, when the issue was brought to HR there was clear retaliation from the manager responsible. They underpaid and over expected. They offered no training, had no structure, and treated you badly whenever you asked for further clarification or offered a progressive solution. Management has no clue what they are doing, over rely on their hardworking subordinates to keep things remotely running. I’ve worked in grocery for 3 + years, this job still gives me nightmares.
