      The Turo I joined years ago is no longer the Turo we see today. Disorganized leadership with unclear vision, stagnating product, and unclear direction on how to take the company to the next level Low company-wide morale and declining culture, with MWF RTO Little to no benefits/perks and uncompetitive compensation

      Pros

      You have the option to work from home after training, so you have a work/life balance. SOME of the Supervisors in the Claims Department are amazing, and will push for you to move up in the company. The company as a whole try to encourage employees to make a stressful job efficient and fun by implementing different goals and holding associates accountable.

      Cons

      Low Pay 401k provides a low match. L&D is only $1,000/year. Turbo week is no longer happening. This company can also feel like a popularity contest, meaning if the right people do not like you, you will know by the way you are treated. Although I was told during the recruiting phase that all are welcome, I believe this company is solely for extroverts. I also feel like I was in the wrong department, but due to bias, I could not be promoted out of that department. Had I applied for another department before starting with the company, my experience would have been completely different.
