      Unsatisfied Manager Breeds Toxic Workplace Culture Through Insults and Belittling Remarks

      Pros

      Despite some of the management issues, I have to say that our company culture is really positive and supportive. My colleagues are amazing and we always work together to get things done.

      Cons

      The manager is always unsatisfied, displaying a cunning demeanor that can make even the most confident employee feel uneasy. They seem to thrive on pointing out flaws and finding faults in other's work, often resorting to insults and belittling remarks to express their dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, some of the employees have become complicit in this toxic behavior, trying to avoid the manager's ire by throwing their colleagues under the bus.

      They don't have any structure. People in charge care more about work place drama than getting the work done with appropriate amount of workers in place to do the work.

      We're being micromanaged and it feels terrible and awful, like a prisoner in jail!

      Pros

      I could get a breather when I didn't have to go onsite and only stay at home for work.

      Cons

      I really hated how much we were being micromanaged by the distrustful manager, his eyes were always on us and it feels terrible and awful! It's like you are kept as a prisoner in jail where all movements were being counted, it's HORRIBLE! He even acts hostile towards us instilling FEAR so we'd do everything he says!
