Toxic Management starts at the Branch Office. Fosters culture for employees to talk behind the backs of their leaders. Favoritism, backstabbing, very unprofessional team members. Person caught drinking alcohol while on the clock several times but was still allowed to continue working there. Several sales associates did nothing while one did all the work but nothing was ever done to create fair and balanced working conditions.

Selfish management results in a terrible culture

The company was okay, but the leadership slowly became awful. At least my co-workers didn't become worse.

Cons

The selfishness and greed of the management created a terrible work culture where employees are exhausted and stressed all the time. The pressure here is intense, and it doesn't help that the managers are unsupportive and often rude. They are also sometimes verbally abusive and never provide constructive feedback.

The business was doing good and is still doing great, because they think of nothing but to save themselves!

This company is a family owned business where the owners were also the CEO and the managers for every department! Management is big in nepotism and leadership was very biased, only saving themselves while they easily drop employees!
