Woman owned business that really values their employees!! Benefits are great! Salaries are competitive! Bonuses are generous! Constantly upgrading platforms and benefits ... including a mental health floating holiday! I joined during COVID, but believe they make every effort to have an inclusive and fun culture even in this remote universe. Management clearly communicates goals.

I stayed as long as I did as I needed my paycheck.

Cons

Management is a good ole boys club. I left due to being harassed. Management didn’t do a proper investigation due to it involving one of their rising stars. The AP group are a bunch of bulling, non workers. They are protected by their operations manager. HR had too many employees and no one does any work. I don’t know how this company exist. They are rapidly losing employees and business
