Pros

Office celebrations were nice. When ever there was a birthday they did well at celebrating. The office was always kept clean.

Cons

The office culture was not a positive one. Working in an office with bad vibes and bad culture it takes a tole on your mental state. No training. When you need help learning something new you are on your own. Low pay.

Pros

Loved it there, great people, really care about their employees and everyone feels like a family because of management and coworkers

Cons

It was boring and the pay wasn’t great. Need to up their commission structure to meet industry standards or risk losing good employees
