Pros

Not too many as they micromanage what you do all the time.

Cons

1- they pay poorly. 2- stop saying the company is doing well and not giving out raises 3- they claim diversity, but only hire white people 4- the Town Halls every 2 month need to stop. They keep saying how good the business is doing but it’s not shared with the little people.

Hello, we work hard to pay competitive wages to all our employees and also create a culture that embraces DE&I. In addition, our new Chief Human Resources Officer is leading efforts to increase our focus on our culture and talent management across the company. He also would welcome a confidential conversation with you to hear your thoughts and opinions on the items stated in your post. If you’re open to have that conversation, please reach out to hr@turtle.com.
