Our employees have continued to use their diverse backgrounds to bring new ideas and perspectives to our teams, and we encourage them to strive for more. What I learned most was to think of myself first before anything else because that's what others do too.

Cons

There's no job security, management will put the blame on you, then fire you if that's what serves them best. They act hostile, horrible, and can't be pleased when they actually pay us awful salaries.
