Competitive Pay (That’s offset by the amount of hours they’ll work you. But every department and location is different so your experience may vary).

Cons

Horrible culture. Company is ran by an old boys club that verbally and mentally abuses their subordinates. This has a trickle down affect throughout the company. Corporate is extremely toxic and depressing.

high pay and nice company lunch area with chef.

Too many to list but the reason they pay well is it a horrible working environment with zero leadership, management and direction.

You’ll enter an industry willing to involve you in new opportunities with a decent pay. Staying vigilant and working independently is a must especially with this company. If you know the skills you possess and are able to bring it to the table, you will not have any issues. A head strong attitude and ability to handle critical feedback, you’ll make it and the work is worth it.

Cons

Don’t expect anything in reward. This company is pure production and will demonize and put you down the minute they seek a weakness. Don’t expect any form of proper training. You either have the experience or you don’t. Employee evaluation consists of you sitting down in the office with your boss telling you your mistakes that have occurred in the past 6 months and expect them to be fixed in a month. Read your employee handbook; it will come in handy in case management decides to use anything against you. Turnover in this company is extremely high.
