      Medical benefits are horrendous!

      Pros

      Decent pay other than medical costs taking away from your salary as it is so costly, work is done with minimal to no supervision, 7-4pm daily with no OT unless you want to work OT.

      Cons

      TERRIBLE medical, dental, and vision insurance. No bonuses, no incentives other than one 10% raise in 3 years.

      Pros

      None- a totally screwed up company. I am surprised they are still in business. Top reaganal management are consumed with themselves.

      Cons

      Upon joining them I knew there was no way I would stay. They want all and give little the negative culture they breed is sickening. Upper management has established pets and go into protection mode quickly, they stress production as long as there pets are not utilized or held accountable.
