      Pros

      They are going to do well for the next 10 years. There are many good people in the organization that are trying hard to do a good job and make a positive difference. The experience in the field offices is better than at corporate. There are positive micro cultures. Teams within the overall culture that are positive.

      Cons

      Overall, it's not a nice culture, primarily from the top down. Employees are viewed as resources, at best. This is reflected in the poor benefits, compensation and lack of employee development. The stress is very high. The company lacks integrity. The good people end up leaving or giving up.
