Pros

Make your own schedule and work from home. Starting pay is pretty nice; it's better than minimum wage. Raises are available if you do a good job. Lots of training and resources provided. Very organized staff.

Cons

Your work is always being reviewed by customers and your assigned mentor. Poor performance is punished. Hours can be hard to schedule starting off, especially during the Summer. Pay is monthly, so your paychecks are spread out. The software they provide can be buggy sometimes, but not often. Some customers can be very rude or irritable.

Pros

It is very convenient, I can log in and off whenever I want. If I have to walk the dog I don't have to ask for time off.

Cons

There aren't too many cons. The application process took a longer than I wished. Also there are a lot of guidelines and procedural stuff you should have to be familiar with before starting so it's a lot of self training before the job.
