3yThanks for your review! We’re glad to hear our hybrid approach is working well for you. It’s important to us that our employees feel empowered to find a good balance and flexibility for their lives. We know downtown parking sucks :/ our quarterly benefits allowance can be used to pay for parking & hopefully take the edge off the cost! It sounds like you have some great ideas to help our development process improve. If you haven’t already, share these ideas with your lead/manager so we can work on improving together!
