Pros

Warm welcome, strong training program, consult groups and clinical support. An ongoing opportunity to learn and grow through Continuing Education while at work. A Clinical Manager who is a safe place to land and a source of support. She finds answers to every question I ask. Freedom to choose my own work schedule. Convenience of working remotely. Wellness perks mean everything. Diverse clinical community. Strong values and mission. A tribe who is cohesive and knows where they are striving to go and grow.
