Pros

-Strong focus on mission -Transparency & humility from leadership -Focus on collaboration -Belief that failures are learning opportunities -Consistency in review cycles and clear feedback

Cons

-Just like any start-up, change is a constant. Though I appreciate the support for employees navigating change, as well as the efforts around providing more lead time and transparency when there is a change. -Minimal PTO

Pros

The mission of Two Chairs is to essentially make quality mental health care accessible to all people. I am consistently impressed with the way that company initiatives, decisions, priorities etc. align with the values that support this mission. The why is always clear and the culture is consistent and strong. The values that are projected outward are also maintained inward as the company takes great care of its employees - honoring our needs, supporting our growth, respecting our skills, celebrating our wins and listening to our voice.

Cons

As a young company, not afraid to assess and adapt when it becomes apparent that there could be a better way to things - there are a lot of new ideas and changes. While this is not a "con" to me, this could be a challenge to individuals who have difficulty working in a dynamic environment.
