Pros

Amazing PTO, tons of clinical support, ability to have a 4day/wk schedule, easy to use EHR for scheduling/notes/etc., opportunities for training/career growth/non-clinical roles, transparency from leadership/management, bonuses for seeing more clients, salaried work, free CEUs, free license renewal, free liability insurance.

Cons

Somewhat frequent changes in order to maximize client retention, prevent clinician burn out, and try to stay profitable.

Not who they say they are

Pros

"community", good pay, CEUs "provided but not promised even if you attend and complete

Cons

This comany focuses more on the image they carry than their quality to their employees and clients, just looking at their linkiden will prove it. Very little is posted on mental health, just on how great it is to work there. They only want the bottom dollar. Like a sheep in wolfs clothing, they are a tech company disgused in mental health care

We offer multiple professional development opportunities, including CEU programs approved by the American Psychological Association (APA) that are accepted in most states. Clinicians also receive a membership to PsychHub, providing access to a large library of courses where CE credits can be earned at no cost. Supporting clinician growth while delivering strong outcomes for clients remains a priority, and we appreciate feedback that helps us continue improving.
