Pros

Willing to receive feedback and integrate it into organizational culture and practice. Intention to strive to grow and support staff and live up to its own mission and values as well as develop a sustainable business model, not just for the next few years but for the years ahead.

Cons

the initial learning curve is high; however, they give space and time to understand their treatment model and are always receiving feedback to find ways to improve the onboarding experience and model.
