Collaborative culture, kind coworkers, transparent decision making
Pros
Two Chairs employs some of the smartest, hardest working, most kind , and lowest ego-driven people I've ever come across. Everyone who works at Two Chairs has some kind of tie to an experience with mental health (whether it be their own or a loved one's), and this common thread among the team is palpable. The mission is front and center in every decision that's made. Taking initiative and raising a hand is rewarded with trust and appreciation at Two Chairs. Those who express interest in certain areas of the business are encouraged to explore them. The culture is highly collaborative, cross-functional in nature, and thoughtful. Management takes concerns seriously, and regularly asks for feedback that's presented to the entire team. This type of transparency is SO appreciated.
Cons
Like any startup, there is a high amount of ambiguity and somewhat of a flat hierarchy, which can be challenging to navigate at times.
