I loved working here the first few months but after a while you could tell there was something lacking. I definitely learned a lot when I was there, and sometime the manager packed us lunches.

Cons

Absentee owners didn’t help the location at all, most products were bought last minute at the dollar store. Manager is hardly there and shows extreme nepotism. What you’re told you make sounds great (its commission) until you bust your butt cleaning small houses/businesses where you can’t get more than a few dollars.

Pros

Got off at 1-2 nearly everyday. Had weekends off. Easy work most of the time. You can make a lot of money for doing almost nothing sometimes.

Cons

Driving long distances. Not getting a lot for mileage. Sometimes you will have incredibly long days, or multiple houses spread all over the map. It's very easy to have your pay dropped, too many things affect it.

You can make a lot of money for doing almost nothing sometimes." sounds like a great job to most folks! :) It's not for everyone, for sure, but the Pay for Performance Plan makes certain each employee is paid for their hard work.

The office in Lexington Kentucky is a joke we never get paid on time the supervisor husband stays in the office all day and the supervisor is riding around on tags that are expired and one of the requirements is that you have a dependable vehicle but she hires ppl with no transportation and also gives ppl driving bonus that doesn't even drive
