Alright place to work if you're in dire need of a job

Pros

Flexible schedule, company banquet every year, franchise breakfast twice a year and paid dinner during Christmas, easy money (if you know how to clean properly) and off certain holidays, every weekend and nights

Cons

Having to use your own car to travel far distances and barely getting paid anything for gas or maintenance. At times, not receiving tips on paychecks if client didn't leave cash tip at the home. Only vision and dental benefits which doesn't cover anything. Working with all walks of life due to no drug tests being ran before employment. Not making enough money due to the fact that alot of houses are SEVERELY underpriced.

Pros

You make 20% off of each home you clean and they do give driving incentives. Also pay for mileage and they provide coffee in the morning. Also the manager always is hands on an helps.

Cons

You must be at house for certain amount of time based on square footage and it the amount of work doesn't seem to match the commission. Hands are very dry from cleaners. A lot of cleaning cancellations. Ad said 12/hr but really the commission "equals out" to $12... Which in my opinion it does not. I consider my work day from the time I clock in to the time I clock out. Not how many hours I actually cleaned. Only 3 other staff members..Seems like high turnover rate.
