Pros

-You can often end the day before 5pm. -Tips are accepted.

Cons

Pay- The pay is commision based. Working here, management promised the pay would always be >$1,000/bi-weekly, working full-time. This is very far from the truth. The pay check is constantly flucuating and recieving tips is rare. You'll mostly likely be expecting your paycheck to be around $600-$900. You make 17-20% of the price of the package the customer purchases. Sometimes customers will order "Design-with-Time," when they should be ordering a "Move-In/Move-Out". The company loses a lot of money this way and with the customer requests and expectations in this situation, you are expected to work near perfection for very little money. You have to purchase benefits (if you want them) and there is scarce PTO. Some customers lie about the square-footage of their home, meaning they will be paying less, while you work more. Driving- You get to costumers houses by driving your own vehicle. There are no company cars. Most days you'll be driving over an hour a day. Some customers live over a half-hour away. Management claims the miles will be financially reimbursed, but this does not come close to the amount of money you put in for gas, and the wear and tear put onto your vehicle. In other words, you'll without a doubt be losing significant money by driving. Job Duties- The primary job responsibility is cleaning local costumers houses. At costumers houses, you are expected to clean in nearly any condition. Employees have been instructed to stay despite bio-hazardous and toxic environments, such as urine, feces, blood, allergens, pest-infestations, hoarding, etc. Customers>Workers The costumer will always comes before the health and well-being of the employee. Management is known to call people into work despite illness or after they have already called off. Any sudden vehicle issue you may experience that risks fatality, is disregarded and you are still expected to find a way to complete the day's work. Any sudden emergency you may experience is a complete inconvenience for the company and you risk being indirectly, publicly humiliated and degraded through team-meetings and online group-chat. If you experience a bio-hazardous house, management will instruct you to stay. There is a limited number of gloves and masks provided by the company, and most employees do not wear any protection while working with toxic chemicals and around biohazardous areas. You may be instructed to stay over-time (past 5pm) for free if the houses you were assigned are incomplete. For any overtime at this job, you will never recieve "time and a half" pay. Costumers- Regarding common encounters with clients, you may be subject to racism, prejudice, sexism, and flirtacious attempts from the client which you are expected to endure and handle professionally without the help of management. Because of this, your work environments may sometimes feel unsafe. Management- Management staff is very disorganized, constantly changing routes right before working and sometimes once your work day has already started. You will typically be waiting to find out your assigned route and partner for the first half hour after clocking in. There are rules implemented by the company that are constantly changing- especially regarding pay, but also including company values, and professional expectations. Some people will get burdened and others will be rewarded depeding on where they currently stand on the spectrum of changing rules. Some will get paid more than others depending on these rule changes. Management works to prioritize customers and neglets the needs of their employees. This establishment seriously neglects workers and we need your help!

Pros

The work life balance is very nice I like that you don’t have to report to an office every day you can just wake up and begin your work

Cons

The company owner Christian sucks. He will take multiple trips throughout the year because he takes most of the money from our paychecks. Cheap supplies are given to the company for us to use. Gas reimbursement is a joke especially with how high it’s been for months. There is no growing with this company you will just remain on the same level as your co workers the entire time. As for the percentage we get for jobs, is an absolute joke. You usually are working with a go worker , so each gets 20%. Where does the other 60% go? In the owners pockets. I have cleaned Christian’s home before and was tipped less than $20 for cleaning his home for over several hours. Heartless, and selfish.

Pros

Opportunity to travel and see the surrounding area.

Cons

"No gossip" policy is actually a "gossip from management to management" policy that trainees can't be a part of.
