Cons

There is a brain drain after the Carlyle group acquired Two Six Labs and went on an acquisition rampage. Benefits are slashed, people are oveworked.

Thank you for your feedback. We are always sorry to see someone leave the company. As you indicated we are growing and our partnership with Carlyle is allowing us to grow in meaningful ways. Our benefits are very competitive and have improved in some areas, like Parental Leave. We are also very excited about the talent we are identifying and onboarding to the company -- very smart, talented, experienced individuals.
