      Big disconnect between higher ups and employees

      Great people to work with, very inclusive.

      Cons

      The higher ups constantly talk about how well the company is doing and how much cash we have, but then they balk at giving someone a raise. I'm talking a 3k raise, that's pennies to the VPs and C levels who have lined their pockets with the profits of the company and live in mansions. Our poor support people aren't given the respect they deserve. Dealing with angry clients is hard work and there's no recognition given for that and not enough pay because most support folks are entry level. The lack of respect is astonishing.
