      People have heard of Tyler Technologies

      Cons

      Too big and have lost touch with the needs of the majority of their employees. All about cutting costs and saving money at the office level, but then boasts about their profits while giving out big bonuses to C-Level execs. The insurance is expensive and mediocre.

      Ability to work from home/no travel

      Cons

      Overscheduled, underpaid, expected to self train on your own time. They are short staffed on IC's so be prepared to be stuck in your position.

      Good coworkers and learned a lot

      Cons

      Software is influx and has many bugs. You spend more time resolving issues and doing other task not related to your job. Implementation needs to revamp how it does things. When hired they dont tell you that you will need to implement and be a subject matter expert at multiple product lines that are also a mess. You end up having to do deployments job for them and the product has become too robust for any one person to handle.
