Managment no respect for tech talent

Oppressive culture and atmosphere made it difficult to separate work and home mindsets due to stress. Work load was impossible to handle. Very strict time constraints and high call/ticket volume made it extremely difficult to assist clients. Lots of unecessary team meetings each day. Some days would have 3-4 30 minute meetings leading to calls piling up. Very few opportunities to move up from that position unless you were extremely good at the job and were liked by management. Even then I saw a few good people passed over in favor of outsiders with connections to upper management/c-suite. Asking questions was discouraged in favor of searching through old tickets to find an answer.
