Pros

20 days off a year Lay offs very rare/non existent, Company consistently posts record profits. Work from home Monday and Friday. Free lunch/breakfast Per diem with in office cafe. Promotions happen crazy fast (1 year) Software is entirely proprietary, everything must be learned on the job.

Cons

Lots of middle management, older management compares you to your coworkers in old management style. May have to work late depending on the team you are on. Company is a conglomerate of multiple companies with each team acting like a different company, results in some teams having much better work life balance. Experience with coworkers and management highly dependent on team. Raises stay at 3% per year 6%~ for a promotion. Low amount of holidays only Christmas Day not eve or day after off.

Pros

Other benefits other than compensation. I.e. Health is extremely subsidized, office on-site amenities (if you are into that), Overly positive outlook and stability.

Cons

They will work you to the bone, you'll need to use your mental health packages as many in management roles, shouldn't be and constantly will give work with no direct communication on the task. The leaders are disconnected from the reality of the company. The corporate structure is horrendous. They are disconnected from each other so badly and while there's a push to unite they can never break through that 4th wall with anyone in an upper role due to constant turfing/attrition/workloads that could possibly exceed 60/70 hours in a week if you aren't putting up a fight to keep your workload consistent and in check. It's been the "Wild Wild West" as some put it recently with the constant changes. There's no instructions other than "here figure this out" "here reach out to this person who ultimately isn't the right contact" and has no clue how the company is run or what they are even doing. Folks without degrees act like they are the almighty and throw countless expenses into lunches to try and keep the peace and then turn around and backstab like no tomorrow as if they were highschoolers.

Pros

Successful company, nice office, good management team.

Cons

The software I worked with (Munis) doesn't work as well as it should, and it is implemented poorly, leading to far too many major setup related issues that...Clients don't know how to fix/don't want to take the time to fix themselves/don't accept answers that require themselves to fix via a data import or manual data entry.
