      Pros

      Very flexible employer. They don't micromanage, flexible hours, 4 days wfh. At one point I had to work from S.Korea for 3wks and there were no issues.

      Cons

      Antiquated stack. ~20-30yrs behind modern web development companies. Use of technologies & languages that no other web companies use. Well below average pay. I'm an exception. It's quiet normal to see engineers with 10+ & sometimes 20+ years of XP making nowhere near 100k

      Pros

      Fully remote and my team does not travel as much as other teams of ICs. Good work/life balance. Supportive leadership and my project manager has my back if I run into issues.

      Cons

      Pay is not the best considering how much work ICs do with clients and how much ICs are expected to learn and know. I run into technical issues with clients a lot, and it is hard to find resources to assist or teammates who can help. I feel like I go in circles often to find an answer. The prescription vendor they use for health coverage is not in contract with CVS which made me have to switch pharmacies. Super frustrating.
