Pros

Excellent benefits for full time employees once you are eligible. U-haul is nationwide so plenty of opportunities to work for U-haul

Cons

Low paying job for the work that is expected. Lack of formal training for employees. Management of the company is somewhat old school and stereotypical, there tends to be the idea that females belong in certain rolls within the company and males belong in others.
