Pros

Very little good to say about this position.

Cons

I worked for a very small team. My boss provided no training, expected an insane workload, and worst of all she was incredibly sexist towards me and the one other male on the team.

Pros

U.S. Bank is a great company to get your foot in the door for a white-collar job. Maternity leave is great - it is about 6 months paid maternity leave. Minimum wage has increased to $20/hr throughout the entire company. If you have a great/flexible manager, you may work from home.

Cons

Very high deductibles for medical plans. The deductible for one individual was $3000 and premium was $43 per paycheck. For a family, the deductible was $5000, not sure what the premium was for a family. No bonuses for anyone in pay grade 10 and below.
