Pros

US Bank is a excellent company from a profitability standpoint, and it will continue to be successful for many years to come.

Cons

Compensation plans are low and your experience outside of US Bank does not help your starting pay The main incentive to produce is job security, bonuses are small and paid quarterly Advancement is limited after the manager position and will take many years to accomplish

Pros

The people are (or at least used to be) fun. The typical employee is very driven and extremely motivated to out perform himself.

Cons

At U.S. Bank the expectations are constantly being raised and you are always expected to give more and to out do yourself.
