Pros

Desirable work hours for individuals balancing family and work life; decent respect for the professional title; extensive training with banking and finance practices and law.

Cons

Absolute expectation that home life is to never be a priority; rampant sexism in advancement opportunities, unscrupulous lending practices; poor managerial oversight of regulations for accounts post-employment.

Pros

They open late so I get to sleep in. The other employees are great to work with. I have vision insurance for the first time in a long time.

Cons

I can't live on what they pay me. I HATE sales and refuse to do it. They are a bunch of greedy, micromanaged, coporate pigs. They are continuously understaffed. Everyone hates their job there so moral is low. Management is stupid.

Pros

Outstanding lending philosophy and culture. Customer advocacy. Stability. Certain managers are outstanding and VERY over qualified for their respective positions.

Cons

Poor internal advancement and development. Most managers prefer external candidates. Limiteed incentives for graduate education.
