Pros

Insurance and Benefits are fair. Tools to complete your job are provided. Federal holidays are observed. Vacation time is fair.

Cons

C level employees are overpaid as with most bank institutions. Communication is not up to par. Customers are viewed as vessels to get more and more out of them.

Pros

You get a normal working schedule. Good image in regards to the type of job. 2 Full Weeks paid vacation right away for FT. Benefits right away

Cons

Unrealistic sales goals. NEVER ENOUGH attitude. (Even if you exceed your goal) Politics play a big part as to who is going to advance. Comparisons between employees are not apples to apples. ( Employees who work at busier locations where business is like cherry picking are measured up against persons in smaller towns with no markets.) You have to agree with the banks stance on OD fees. All they care about is the number.
