      it was a good place to learn about the banking industry

      Pros

      working as a team, able to transfer easliy, managers eager to train and helpful, it was a good experience overall

      Cons

      the pay was low and advancement also took a long time, no flexiblity on hours or work schedules, time off was minimal

      Branch management treats you well and keeps you busy but any higher management cared only about the business as a whole.

      Pros

      -If dedicated you could keep yourself busy all day. -Vacation hours given out fairly among all branch employees. -Attempts are made to keep branch members social and happy. -For the most part employees are kept well informed about updates to company policies.

      Cons

      -Employees not well tested for their mathematical skills. -Benefits given even to part timers but prescription discounts are almost nonexistent. -It is a corporate company. -Superiors any higher than branch management are more focused on the company as a whole and not empathetic to their 'inferiors.'

      Pros

      One of the leaders in the industry. Good sound foundation. Profitable.

      Cons

      Benefits offered to employees are by far the worst. Not only are they expensive, they cover next to nothing. Difficult for someone supporting a family. Technology needs to be drastically improved in in some areas in order for it to remain competitive in the marketplace. Bank is still too much in the middle ages, when it comes to technology.
