      Relatively relaxed working environment and considerate. a lot of chance to learn new stuff

      Cons

      promotion only good to those who are close to the upper management not based on job performance or your ability. Most of people who understand business and did the most of jobs left.

      good compensation. Not driven to sell any particular products and you are left alone to run your own business.

      Technology still trails our peers. FAs end up doing too much paperwork and not enough time in front of clients.

      Great promotions, if you work hard you will get paid well for it, Bonus Structure is good.

      Cons

      HR does nothing to help you fix issues, I had to but office supplies and office furniture becuase the company was to cheep to do it themselves.
